Share cases securely

RadAIChat shares a case through a protected URL and a separate access code. Review the case for patient-identifying information before giving either value to someone else.

Create a share

1. Open the case you want to share.
2. Choose Share from the case header or the case menu.
3. Select Create share.
4. Copy the Share URL and Access code.
5. Send them to the intended recipient through an appropriate secure channel.

The recipient opens the URL and enters the access code to view the shared case.

Before sharing

• Review images, prompts, reports, messages, and the case title for PHI.
• Do not assume a protected link makes inappropriate disclosure safe.
• Follow your organization’s authorization and communication policies.

Manage or revoke links

Open Settings → Privacy → Shared cases → Manage to review active shares. Delete an individual share to revoke that URL and code, or choose Delete all shares to revoke every shared-case link.

Deleting a share does not delete the original case. Deleting the original case permanently removes its reports and messages.

Shared-response actions

Viewers can copy response text and, where shown, rate a multi-model reply with thumbs up or thumbs down. Feedback is attached to that response and can be changed by selecting the same rating again or choosing the other rating.
