Use custom models

RadAIChat supports custom image-analysis models, including optional MedGemma 1.5 4B. Access depends on both your plan and which custom models are enabled for your account.

Choose an available custom model

1. Open New case and add the images you want to review.
2. Open the model selector and choose an available custom model.
3. Check its image limits and ZDR compatibility before sending the case.
4. Where your plan allows multiple models, select other models to compare their responses with the custom model.

Custom models are subject to the same selection checks as other models. If Enforce ZDR is enabled, the selected model must support it.
