Plans, credits, and usage
Your plan controls how many cases, models, images, and premium-model cases you can use. Current limits are shown on the Pricing page.
View or change your plan
- Sign in to RadAIChat.
- Open your profile menu.
- Open Settings → Plan & Usage → Manage or Upgrade to open the Pricing page, where you can subscribe or change your subscription.
Plans and limits
Your plan determines the number of cases, models, images, and premium-model cases available to you. Higher plans may also include access to advanced features. View your current allowances and usage under Settings → Plan & Usage.
Plan availability and included limits can change. Refer to the Pricing page for the current details that apply to your account.
To subscribe or change your subscription, open Settings → Plan & Usage → Manage or Upgrade. For billing-cycle changes, cancellation, and custom offers, see Billing, invoices, and subscriptions.
Credits and balances
Credits let you create additional cases after you reach the allowance included with your plan. Model and feature access still follow your current plan.
RadAIChat uses credits automatically after you reach the applicable plan limit. A premium-model case can use a credit only when your plan provides access to premium models.
To buy credits, open Settings → Plan & Usage → Credits, select Buy more credits, and review the checkout details before paying. Purchased credits do not expire or reset at the end of a billing cycle.
Under Settings → Plan & Usage → Credits, select View credit details to see remaining balances, grant dates, reasons, and expiration dates. Select View credits history to review purchases, grants, usage, expirations, refunds, and referrals.
Plan allowances reset on their scheduled usage reset date; unused included cases do not roll over. Check Plan & Usage for your next reset.
Promotional credits, rollover credits, and other grants may have expiration dates. Check each balance item for its terms. The balance details list credits in the order they will be used.
