Upload studies in a batch

Batch mode lets you prepare multiple DICOM studies together and create separate cases for them. Availability depends on your plan and account.

Prepare and run a batch

1. On New case, turn on Batch mode.
2. Choose Upload studies, or drag and drop a parent folder containing study folders or study ZIP files. Each study folder or ZIP must include a DICOMDIR file and its referenced images.
3. Under Review studies, check the ready and invalid studies. Remove studies you do not want to include and correct invalid source files before trying again.
4. Choose the images to use per series, models, report template, and any compatible reporting standards.
5. Select Run to begin processing the ready studies.

Follow progress and recover failures

The batch page shows uploaded, uploading, queued, and failed images, along with the cases created. Use Open case to review a result.

Keep the browser tab open and do not refresh it while images are uploading. You can open other cases within RadAIChat. Do not move or delete the source folder's contents during uploading.

Use Retry failed uploads for failed images or Remove failed images to continue without them. If case creation fails, use Retry creating after resolving the displayed error. A batch can complete with some failures, so review each study's status.

Cancel or delete a batch

Use Cancel for an individual upload or Cancel all to stop the remaining uploads. Cancellation does not delete cases already created.

Open Settings → Privacy → Delete all batches to remove saved batches. Related cases are deleted only if you select that option in the confirmation. Review the choice carefully before confirming.
