Create and manage cases

Create a case

From New case, add your images, choose one or more models, and enter the task you want the models to complete. You can start with a suggested prompt, request a structured report, or add your own instructions.

The model selector shows relevant capabilities and warns you when a selected model cannot accept the number of images in the case.

For DICOMDIR folders and per-series image selection, see Work with DICOM studies.

Use a report template

Choose Use report template to define reusable headings and short instructions for a report. Templates use Markdown, so headings can start with ##.

Read Use report templates for templates, the template library, and safety checks.

Apply a reporting standard

When DICOM metadata identifies a compatible study, choose an optional standard under Reporting standards before creating the case. Standards guide study-specific terminology and report structure. Read Apply reporting standards for supported studies and selection details.

Add custom reporting instructions

Open Settings → Workflow → Reporting → Custom Reporting Instructions to save your preferred terminology, classifications, and reporting habits. Saved instructions apply to new cases. Read Add custom instructions for examples and how to update them.

Case titles

New cases can receive a title automatically from the conversation. You can rename a case at any time from its sidebar menu.

Organize existing cases

Open the menu beside a case in the sidebar to:

  • Rename the case.
  • Share a controlled link to the case.
  • Delete the case permanently.

Review the confirmation carefully before deleting a case. Deletion cannot be undone.

Use Settings → Privacy → Delete all cases to permanently remove every case, including reports and messages. This action cannot be undone. Deleting all shares is a separate action and does not delete the original cases.

See Share cases securely for access codes and revoking shared links.
